To achieve that we use thin film GADIR solar Panels, coplanar to the rooftop using a state of the art clamping system.
The plant began manufacture in the fall 2009, with a scheduled annual production of 40 MW of photovoltaic modules of 80 watts of power, which amounts to some five hundred thousand annual modules.
The production will target in principle to the needs of photovoltaic projects both in Spain and in the countries of the Mediterranean basin, with a market in full expansion in the coming years.
The introduction of this technology by a Spanish manufacturer, solves much concerns far suffered until today by installers, developers and operators of photovoltaic plants in Spain.
A part of the plant is aimed at Gadir panels test lab. This test lab is one of the testing installations within the network that Gadir is implementing in their R&D program in various universities and scientific centres (Neuchatel, Cádiz...).
